The Team

Resolve 16+ Support Ltd operates mainly in Birmingham, Solihull and some parts of Warwickshire. We have a strong and dedicated team who offer a comprehensive package of support to help build young people's independent skills, self-esteem, confidence and resilience. We have recruited the services of confident support workers. All of our staff must complete satisfactory pre-employment checks which includes an enhanced DBS and a minimum of 2 references. Once pre-employment checks have been obtained all employees will undertake core mandatory in-house and external training and that training and this is requirement of the staff’s role. We recognise that to ensure the delivery of essential services our team need to be familiar with multifaceted and diverse needs of young people.

Our manager at the company will oversee the psychosocial development of all young people who reside within Resolve 16+ Support Ltd. He has over 20 years experience working in Social Work, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and Forensic Psychology. During this period the Manager worked with “Children Looked After’, Child Protection, Young Offender Institution’s, Youth Offending Service, the NHS and the Prison Service.
