What We Do

Our Aim
Resolve 16+ Support Ltd aim to work with young people, in partnership with Local Authorities, who are likely to have been ‘Looked After’, homeless or recently released from custody.

We can provide 24/7 supervised support, semi-independent living and outreach support to young people who are unable to live independently and are particularly vulnerable in community settings. 

Our Mission
To prepare Care Leavers and young people aged 16+ for independence by introducing them to existing resources and sustainable networks of support.

Our Vision
To ensure that every young person we work with is sufficiently prepared and properly supported to successfully function independently.
